Empowering talent. Elevating brands.
The Be Well Agency is a Detroit creative production company. We make the shows, campaigns, and rooms where the city’s designers, models, and photographers get seen, and we bring that same crew to brands that want work with a point of view.
Detroit first. Community over ad spend. Production you can feel. Three years of Subconscious grew on word of mouth and organic reach alone, and we bring that same audience to the brands we work with.

Founder. Brandon is a photographer, art director, and creative entrepreneur from Detroit. He started The Be Well Agency to give the city’s creative community a production company of its own: one that casts from Detroit, shoots in Detroit, and puts Detroit names in the credits. Six years behind the camera for brands, teams, and institutions, and three years producing Subconscious, taught him the thing the agency is built on. The people are the work.
Michigan State University graduate in Information Science. Also the photographer behind BWillVisuals and co-owner of Golden Hour Lofts, the agency’s studio home.
Creator and Executive Producer, Subconscious (2024 to present). Director of Photography, Detroit Pistons “Frequency of the City”. Video producer, The City of Detroit. Content and campaign photography for Puffer Reds, Nike, Adidas, Porsche, and more. Live stream production for Kick, YouTube, and Instagram.
Partners and places
BuzzFiles and Pensole Lewis College. Subconscious is produced with BuzzFiles, who lead casting and model relations alongside us. In 2026 we staged P3 at The Icon, home of Pensole Lewis College, the nation’s only design-focused HBCU, founded in 1928 and revived in 2022 by Dr. D’Wayne Edwards. It was the first fashion show ever produced there, and every guest, camera, and post put new eyes on the college and the students building their futures there.
Golden Hour Lofts. 2,200 square feet of industrial production space at 1610 Clay St, downtown Detroit. Where our shoots, fittings, and intern days happen, and available to book for yours.
Stand with Detroit’s next generation.
Sponsor a show, hire the crew, or join it. Every path starts with a conversation.
